What’s your passion? What is it that makes you wake up every morning & do what you wanna do? Now I understand that this is a music website…. Nobody wants to be deep but shit, sometimes we need these talks. Now ya’ll gotta feel me out here… Those who come to the site for the music & those who are featured in posts on here. I wake up daily & listen to the music Fego posts…
I hear the hunger in ya’ll voices… What is it that makes ya’ll tick… what makes ya’ll get up and make the music that you make? Is it money… is it for your family… or is it something inside of you that tells you to get your ass up & make the songs you make to better life for you??? Now, I may not make music (I can kick some poetry with the best of em tho!) but I know what I wanna be. I know that I wanna be a radio personality…
I know that I would LOVE to be an A&R for Def Jam Records… I know that I wanna be a DJ. But, I’ve come to understand that NONE of that comes to a dreamer. Yes, these are my dreams but I am making the right moves to get me where I want to be. There is a difference between where you need to be and where you want to be. I need to be at Wright State University, I want to be working for K104 FM in Dallas, Texas… Catch my drift?
I’m making every possible move I can make to get me where I want to be & I plan to see everything through. No one can ever tell me that I can’t or won’t be what I want to be… and no one should ever tell you the same
Look, I’m not tryna preach to ya’ll but I know ya’ll have to feel what I’m saying. We all are dreamers working toward a goal in which we wanna accomplish. I wish ya’ll the best in everything ya’ll do. Remember though, dreams are gone when you wake up… Passion burns inside you & drives you to do what you need to do
